Oxford Memorial Town Hall-Oxford, MA

A Building Envelope Analysis was conducted for the historic Oxford Memorial Town Hall, for preservation and stabilization recommendations of the exterior and interior of the Clock Tower. BBA reviewed the exterior building elevations and interior conditions to assess the both the immediate and long-term needs of the clock tower. The design or treatment solutions recommended in the study were created in the context of, and in alignment with, guidelines prepared for historic treatment of properties by the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Treatment of Historic Properties, Department of the Interior and with Massachusetts Historical Commission standards for historic buildings.
