Preliminary restoration investigation and architectural design services for extensive building envelope repairs were provided, including masonryrepointing, and masonry stabilization. Also included in the project were interior improvements to the Library including ADA compliance upgrades. TheFirst Phase of this project was completed in 2005 with the final project completed in 2009.
