Hampshire County Courthouse -Northampton, MA

A Master Plan Submission for Northampton Community Preservation Committee was developed, including cost estimates for restoration work. The design, treatment solutions and cost estimates were created in alignment with the guidelines prepared for historic treatment of properties by the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Treatment of Historic Properties, Department of the Interior and with Massachusetts Historical Commission. The Master Plan includes drawings, written description of existing conditions, a photographic survey of conditions and materials and a recommendation and cost estimate for items to be remediated.
