Whitman Town Hall & Fire Station

A Physical Needs Analysis was conducted for the Whitman Town Hall and Police Station, resulting in approval for design and construction documents for interior and exterior historical preservation. New finishes were applied throughout the auditorium and interior public corridors. Walls, ceilings (coffers) and structural improvement to roof trusses were included in the scope. All interior design and accessibility upgrades as well as the building envelope improvements such as window replacement, a new slate roof and new exterior stairs were in keeping with Secretary of Interior Standards for Preservation and integrity of the 105 year old building.
