Phase I of the Historic Restoration of the exterior envelope included replacing asphalt shingle roof with a historically appropriate standing seam copper roof as well as replacing EPDM flat roof areas. Additional work included: restoration of the flag poles, urns, balustrades roof snow guards, gutters, and roof spires. Phase II included improvements to attic trusses, roof and building upgrades.
