Provided a 30 year replacement roof for long term value and to be maintenance free solutions for elderly and disabled housing complex. Four-ply built-up roof was recommended to achieve owners criteria for value and performance. Replacement HVAC active and passive exhaust equipment, new curbs, drains, and metal flashings were designed for the installation.
